In 2011, HMM Solutions Inc was formed to offer sales and support in the Americas, for solutions engineered by Müller Mekaniska AB, Sweden. Müller Mekaniska provides high-end mold components, including plate control devices and hydraulic locking cylinders for the injection molding market. HMM Solutions Inc has also introduced a complete line of Machine Nozzles for injection molders from Müller Mekaniska.
ln 1970 Muller Mekaniska AB started business as a designer and builder of molds.
Today we offer thirty some patented products that are sold;through distributors throughout the world. ln our product range you will find a variety of mechanical solutions, including – the precise, positive positioning of plates in our 2-Stage Ejectors and internal Latch Locks. We also offer Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders with positive, precise mechanical locks and Pneumatic Quick Couplers. Additionally, we offer a full range of Nozzle Filters as well as custom Hot Runner Nozzles.
We have a state of the art design, engineering and development department, complete with comprehensive prototyping and testing capabilities. We manufacture many other speciality technical components to our customers’ specifications. Production volumes of a few, up to full production of tens of thousands, are available. Finish grinding, honing, sand blasting, lapping and assembly are some of the services we offer.
We have a modern facility with multi-axis machines, lathes, milling machines and EDM wire. We work in dimensions of @5mm to @300mm, with lengths up to 1,000mm. We have experience with a variety of materials ranging from 551650 to stainless steel. We operate our own modern heat treat facilities on-site, with a capacity for up to 2,500k9/day, performing our own curing, hardening and nitriding. Our list of clients includes: SP (Swedish National Testing and Research Institute), IVF (Institute for Engineering Research), Kimberly Clark, ABB, Nolato, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, etc.
