HASCO America to distribute Machine Nozzles

For NPE, HASCO America announced that HASCO will be distributing high-performance Machine Nozzles from HMM Solutions Inc throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

These three high performance Machine Nozzles were developed to address three critical needs of thermoplastic molders – low-pressure filtering; low-pressure, gentle, yet through mixing; high-performance, automated shut-off.

1) ES-2 Purgeable Nozzle Filter – keep metal chips, unmelted granulates and other harmful contaminates from entering into your molds, where they can plug and damage nozzle tips and gates. The ES-2 Purgeable Nozzle Filter is designed as a gap filter to provide minimal pressure drop when first installed and even after beginning to capture contaminate.   Perhaps, even more impressive, the ES-2 Purgeable Filter Nozzle is engineered so that it can easily be purged clean – while still on the injection molding barrel.

2) MF-200 Double-Action Mixing Nozzle Filter – is engineered to provide a gentle yet through mixing of the thermoplastic melt by rotating the melt onto itself – twice – in opposing rotational directions.  The MF-200 Double-Action Mixing Nozzle is also designed as a gap filter, to keep metal chips, unmelted granulates and other harmful contaminates from entering into your molds, where they can plug and damage nozzle tips and gates.

3) MN Automatic Shut-Off Nozzle – engineered with a high-temperature, high-performance spring, the MN Automatic Shut-Off Nozzle provides quick, secure, automatic shut-off of the thermoplastic melt as the injection molding barrel disengages from the mold.  An added design feature, flushes melt away from the spring, for long-lasting, trouble-free operation.

These Machine Nozzles were developed to address the concerns of thermoplastic molders in Northern Europe.  These Machine Nozzles have been designed, engineered, manufactured to provide optimal performance, while minimizing maintenance and service.  Proven over many years at multiple molders in Northern Europe, these Machine Nozzles only became available as standard products for molders in the America earlier this year.
